Best lymphatic massage!!
Went for lymphatic massage s/p surgery. I had been to 3 other places but Ryan was by far the Best massage I received. I went regular for 3 weeks. Started with a hour but reduced to 1/2 (he actually said it would be enough… didn’t expect that when he could have convinced me to continue with hour appts) heading home otherwise I would have continued to have massages done. Made a huge improvement in swelling!

This was my first massage. I am an avid gym goer and always on the move. I recently had tennis elbow surgery due to weight lifting over the years. Loren happened to come to my gym and although I didn't try the free massage, it got me thinking. I scheduled and got Ryan a few days later. I called today to see if I could book a last-minute treatment for knee pain. I was able to get a massage but wasn't too hopeful I would get much relief because of my underlying issues. After a 2O hour drive I was desperately in need of a massage. Since I am not from the area my mom recommended Rescue Me Massage and I decided on the Himalayan Salt massage which was amazing. I went in with the start of a severe migraine. I get them often and just have to deal with it. I was in so much pain I thought I should just cancel the appointment, I am SO glad I didn't! Actual Deep Tissue Massage
The last "deep tissue" massage I had was in Colorado about 2 years ago. I put that in quotes because the therapist was hesitant to do as deep as I needed.
Here? Zero problems. I felt very comfortable with my therapist and she really worked one of my biggest problem areas. I feel so much looser and like I can actually touch my toes without cringing!

I went to Rescue Me Massage because I could hardly move my neck. One day I woke up in severe pain from sitting at the computer every day and sleeping the wrong way. I had Katie Albee as my therapist. She is a pro at helping to relieve pain. She is also very kind and sympathetic. She showed me exercises that I could do while home to ease the muscle stiffness. Katie told me it would take multiple visits to relieve the pain. I am now on my 4th visit and the pain has subsided considerably. I don't know where I would be without Katie and Rescue Me Massage. She really knows her work. If you are suffering from pain like I was, make an appointment with Katie. She will help you feel so much better. I'm looking forward to my next massage with her.

My wife booked me a massage. The last time we went she was not happy with her massage at all for multiple reasons so she specifically said I booked it with the owner! She has to be good! We got a confirmation and I was set to be there at noon ON MY BIRTHDAY. I had taken the day off. I show up and no one is there. I call two times. My wife calls two times. We leave messages. No one answers or returns our call. For the entire day. Then I get this email to review my experience. Worst experience ever. Unprofessional. Horrible system for making appointments. Would recommend no one to ever experience this ON THEIR BIRTHDAY! Awful.

I Believe It's Working
I've been getting something called, 'MPS' treatments from Loren st RescueMe Massage. Today's treatment was my 3rd. This is a form of light therapy that focuses on the meridian points in the body. These treatments are brand new to me. I have experienced some 'pinch'-type discomfort/pain at times and at certain meridian point/locations on my body. I believe it's clearing up some avenues in my body for energy to travel fluidly.

Be prepared to enjoy a complete transformation after ur deep muscle massage. Not only did I personally experience an absence of pain from tense muscles,I experienced a wonderful deep sleep that night, waking feeling refreshed and free of the stiffness and pain I had after months of stress and muscle tension. I'm sure everyone's experience is different, but I realized a lot of bad buildup had been released, my skin was more receptive to touch, and my neck and upper back muscles were no longer tighter than rods. The environment is soothing, peaceful, calming. The rooms are immaculately clean, privacy is paramount. My massage technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Amanda, as i would others. Very easy to find, good parking facilities. Massagy therapy should be covered by our insurance carriers, it is such a vital part of well being for our skin, muscles, joints, and glands.

I did a half marathon on Sunday, March 19 and 10k on Saturday, March 25. A massage was much needed. It was wonderful. Very relaxing and truly soothed my achy muscles. I did a 90 min Sweedish and at the end of it I made an appointment for April after one of my next races. I know where I am going after every race. Normally I am achy or sore after a race but definitely not today. I feel like I can do a marathon. Can't wait for my next visit.

I was having an awful pain in my back... have been getting massages a couple of times a year since I was about 12. Krisann was absolutely the best massage I had, and well worth it! I loved she actually read the notes and avoided the areas I wasn't interested in having massaged (vs. Massage Envy and other places I have been) and that she let me relax but also to feel comfortable to let her know how the pressure etc... was. Sometimes it can be awkward to ask and I want to avoid a conversation as a massage is once chance to just turn off your mind in the room! Her techniques and pressure were fantastic and she is also a sweetheart when I talked to her afterwards. I was really impressed and will definitely be back again and more than once per year!!!

I was introduced to Rescue Me Massage through my husband. I had badly hurt my back and could barely walk. After having a chiro adjustment which really helped, I definitely needed to have a deep tissue massage to work all of the other muscle groups. Loren Smith gave me an excellent massage that really helped loosen the knots and relax my muscles. I went back again the next week for a follow up massage and feel so much better. She is an incredibly well trained professional and now my husband and I are both booking appointments with her.

Just received my massage today from Diane. I was suffering from muscle spasms in my right lowe back. She concentrated on that area most of the time, since it was most in need. I feel better already, and will need to follow up so that I will not be bothered by this again.
The new location is nice, but is a bit further for me to travel, but the extra time it takes to get there is worth it.

I have had massages by Loren before and they are always relaxing. But today I needed one and I had a full leg brace on one leg. Loren did the massage while I was sitting on the wheel chair. She put a pillow on a chair in front of me that I cod put my lens up on and came up with a pillow for the back of my wheel chair that I could put my head against. To me this was creative customer service at its best!!!
